Tellerino Pro (kostenpflichtiges Abo)

Dein Pro-Abo wird über den App Store bzw. Google Play abgerechnet. Die Kündigung läuft deshalb ausschließlich dort – nur Apple bzw. Google können ein laufendes Abo beenden. Das geht direkt hier:

Wichtig: Kündige spätestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf des laufenden Zeitraums – sonst verlängert sich das Abo automatisch. Bis zum Ende des bereits bezahlten Zeitraums bleiben die Pro-Funktionen nutzbar.

Kostenloses Nutzerkonto

Den Nutzungsvertrag beendest du, indem du dein Konto löschst – sofort und ohne Frist: in der App unter Einstellungen → Konto → Konto löschen.

Kündigung direkt erklären

Du kannst deine Kündigung auch uns gegenüber erklären. Fülle dazu die Felder aus – wir bestätigen dir den Eingang in Textform mit Datum und Uhrzeit.

Beim Absenden öffnet sich dein E-Mail-Programm mit der fertig ausgefüllten Kündigungserklärung an tellerino.app@gmail.com. Bitte nur noch abschicken. Klappt das nicht, schick die Angaben einfach formlos an dieselbe Adresse – die Kündigung ist auch dann wirksam.

Tellerino Pro (paid subscription)

Your Pro subscription is billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancellation therefore happens exclusively there – only Apple or Google can end a running subscription. You can do it directly here:

Important: cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends – otherwise the subscription renews automatically. Pro features remain available until the end of the period you already paid for.

Free user account

You end the usage agreement by deleting your account – immediately and without notice period: in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account.

Declare cancellation directly

You can also declare your cancellation to us. Fill in the fields below – we will confirm receipt in text form, including date and time.

On submit, your email client opens with the completed cancellation declaration addressed to tellerino.app@gmail.com. Just send it. If that does not work, simply send the same details informally to that address – the cancellation is effective either way.
