1. Description of the service

Tellerino is an app for shared shopping lists, meal planning and recipes within households. Some features use artificial intelligence. A household can have up to six members.

The meal plan, shopping list and your own recipes can be used free of charge. In addition, every account includes free of charge:

• five recipe recognitions per calendar month,
• the first three automatically planned weeks and after that one automatically planned week per calendar month,
• one try each of recipe ideas and of a fully worked-out recipe.

2. AI content without warranty

Recipes, ingredient lists and in particular nutritional information recognized or created by the AI are automatically generated estimates provided without warranty. They are no substitute for nutritional advice. Always check ingredients yourself – especially in the case of allergies and intolerances.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the recipes, photos and texts you save or share with your household. Only upload content to which you hold the necessary rights.

4. Availability

The app is provided without any guarantee of specific availability. We keep developing Tellerino; individual features may change, be added or be discontinued. We will announce significant changes in the app.

5. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. How this works and what is deleted is explained at tellerino.app/no/account-deletion.

6. Tellerino Pro (subscription)

Tellerino Pro is a paid add-on offering extended features. The subscription renews automatically for the selected term (month or year) unless you cancel in good time beforehand. If a free trial is offered, it converts automatically into the selected paid subscription when it ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Purchase, renewal and cancellation take place via the App Store (Apple) or Google Play – that is also where you manage your subscription. Price changes will be shown to you via the respective store before they take effect. For your right of withdrawal, please see the information on the purchase screen in the app.

Tellerino Pro includes, per account and calendar month:

• 100 recipe recognitions,
• 60 rounds of recipe ideas,
• 50 fully worked-out recipes,
• 60 automatically planned weeks. Planning works per meal, so a week with three meals counts three times.

The allowances start fresh on the first day of each month; unused units expire. Pro applies to the account with which it was purchased or redeemed. Everything you plan and save with it is visible to your whole household.
