1. Leistungsbeschreibung
Tellerino ist eine App für gemeinsame Einkaufslisten, Essensplanung und Rezepte in Haushalten. Einzelne Funktionen nutzen künstliche Intelligenz.

2. KI-Inhalte ohne Gewähr
Von der KI erkannte oder erstellte Rezepte, Zutatenlisten und insbesondere Nährwertangaben sind automatisch erzeugte SCHÄTZUNGEN ohne Gewähr. Sie ersetzen keine Ernährungsberatung. Prüfe Zutaten immer selbst – besonders bei Allergien und Unverträglichkeiten.

3. Deine Inhalte
Für Rezepte, Fotos und Texte, die du speicherst oder mit deinem Haushalt teilst, bist du selbst verantwortlich. Lade nur Inhalte hoch, an denen du die nötigen Rechte hast.

4. Verfügbarkeit
Die App wird ohne Zusage einer bestimmten Verfügbarkeit bereitgestellt. Wir entwickeln Tellerino laufend weiter; einzelne Funktionen können sich dabei ändern, ergänzt oder eingestellt werden. Wesentliche Änderungen kündigen wir in der App an.

5. Kontolöschung
Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit in den Einstellungen löschen.

6. Tellerino Pro (Abo)
Tellerino Pro ist ein kostenpflichtiges Zusatzangebot mit erweiterten Funktionen. Das Abo verlängert sich automatisch um die gewählte Laufzeit (Monat oder Jahr), sofern du nicht rechtzeitig vorher kündigst. Wird ein kostenloser Testzeitraum angeboten, geht dieser nach Ablauf automatisch in das gewählte kostenpflichtige Abo über, sofern du nicht spätestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf kündigst. Kauf, Verlängerung und Kündigung erfolgen ausschließlich über den App Store (Apple) bzw. Google Play – dort verwaltest du dein Abo auch. Preisänderungen werden dir vor Wirksamwerden über den jeweiligen Store angezeigt. Zu deinem Widerrufsrecht siehe die Angaben im Kaufbildschirm der App.

Tellerino is an app for shared shopping lists, meal planning and recipes within households. Individual features use artificial intelligence.

2. AI content without warranty
Recipes, ingredient lists and in particular nutritional information recognised or created by the AI are automatically generated ESTIMATES provided without warranty. They are no substitute for nutritional advice. Always check ingredients yourself – especially in the case of allergies and intolerances.

3. Your content
You are responsible for the recipes, photos and texts you save or share with your household. Only upload content to which you hold the necessary rights.

4. Availability
The app is provided without any guarantee of specific availability. We keep developing Tellerino; individual features may change, be added or be discontinued. We will announce significant changes in the app.

5. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

6. Tellerino Pro (subscription)
Tellerino Pro is a paid add-on offering extended features. The subscription renews automatically for the selected term (month or year) unless you cancel in good time beforehand. If a free trial is offered, it converts automatically into the selected paid subscription when it ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Purchase, renewal and cancellation take place exclusively via the App Store (Apple) or Google Play – that is also where you manage your subscription. Price changes will be shown to you via the respective store before they take effect. For your right of withdrawal, please see the information on the purchase screen in the app.
