Cancel contracts

The quickest way to cancel Tellerino Pro is where you subscribed. You can also send your cancellation directly to us.

Tellerino Pro (paid subscription)

Your Pro subscription is billed through the App Store or Google Play. Only Apple or Google can technically end an active subscription, so cancelling there is quickest:

Important: cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, otherwise the subscription renews automatically. Pro stays available until the end of the period you already paid for.

You end the user agreement by deleting your account, immediately and without notice: in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account.

Cancel directly with us

You can also send your cancellation to us. Just fill in the fields. We’ll confirm receipt in text form with the date and time.

You’ll find it at the top of Settings → Account in the app. You’ll get the confirmation as a reply to your email.

Anything else, such as the reason for cancelling without notice

For Tellerino Pro: only Apple or Google can technically end a subscription from the App Store or Google Play. We’ll confirm receipt of your cancellation. Please cancel in the store as well, so the billing stops for sure.

When you send the form, your email app opens with the finished cancellation to support@tellerino.app. Your cancellation is only submitted once you send that email.

Without JavaScript, “Cancel now” opens your email app with the details from the form. If that doesn’t work, email your cancellation to support@tellerino.app: the type of contract, your name and your account email are enough.
